Overview

We are a well-established, multi-doctor family medical practice located in beautiful Shawnigan Lake. We are looking to hire a part-time assistant to help with busy clinic flow. This job will mostly include rooming patients, cleaning and stocking rooms, collecting basic vitals including , heights & weights, blood pressures, etc.

There will be some basic administrative tasks. This is a new role within our office and may change and grow depending on the applicant

Your enthusiasm and dedication will directly impact patient experiences and the smooth operation of our clinic. You will support clinical staff by managing patient flow, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining a welcoming setting. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional care and foster a positive atmosphere for both patients and staff.

Responsibilities





- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures to ensure a seamless arrival experience
- Prepare examination rooms by organizing supplies and sterilizing equipment in compliance with health standards
- Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations by handing instruments and recording vital signs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment to promote safety and efficiency

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
