- Implement comprehensive assessments to assess client needs
- Design personalized support plans for clients
- Provide evidence-based and crisis stabilization services
- Facilitate sessions and coordinate referrals with resources
- Lead data collection and program reporting for quality improvement Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of counselling experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leading role
- Registered designation with BC College of Social Workers is advantageous
