Extendicare is seeking a Registered Dietitian to deliver resident nutrition and hydration care in compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves assessing residents, developing nutrition plans, and educating residents and caregivers as part of a cooperative care team.
The RD will monitor high-risk residents, participate in care conferences, and help ensure quality nutrition services across Extendicare homes in Canada.
