Summary:
The Cockroach Extinction Protocol Lead will spearhead cutting-edge strategies within the Defence & Military sector, focusing on the development and implementation of advanced protocols aimed at eradicating cockroach populations. This role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring the safety and hygiene of military environments. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, driving research and practical applications to achieve sustainable results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the Cockroach Extinction Protocol, ensuring alignment with military standards and operational requirements.
- Lead a team of researchers and technicians in the execution of field trials and laboratory experiments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate findings into broader defence strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented protocols, making adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and technological advancements in pest control and related fields.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Entomology, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field; a Master's or PhD is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in pest control, entomology, or a related area, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret scientific data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
