Super Cleaning Solutions provides insured, WSIB-covered cleaning to offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and homes across Mississauga, Oakville, Etobicoke, and the surrounding GTA. We're growing, and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team full-time.

The Role

This is a full-time position. Because most commercial cleaning happens outside regular business hours, this role includes evening, early-morning, and/or weekend shifts — your specific schedule will be confirmed before you start, based on the sites you're assigned to.

You'll work from written, site-specific checklists on every job — not vague instructions or guesswork. This is one of the things that sets our standard apart, and it means you'll always know exactly what's expected before you walk in.

What You'll Do

- Clean commercial spaces (offices, retail, warehouses) and residential homes according to site-specific written checklists
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, washroom sanitation, and surface disinfection
- Follow safety procedures for cleaning products and equipment
- Flag any damage, maintenance issues, or supply shortages at a site to your lead
- Maintain consistent quality standards across every visit, not just the first one

What We're Looking For

- Reliable and punctual — our clients depend on consistency, and so do we
- Comfortable working evenings, early mornings, and/or weekends
- Able to follow a written checklist accurately and independently
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting cleaning equipment
- Own reliable transportation to reach different sites across the GTA
- Willing to complete a background check before starting — standard for all our staff, commercial and residential
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is required

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
