COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

CALGARY – FULL TIME – ON SITE

THE POSITION

- Provide service to clients surrounding their commercial insurance needs
- Focus on client retention, but also responsible for writing inbound new business and following up on referrals (no outbound sales)
- Placement utilizing four insurance markets + MGA's
- Familiar with Property, Business Interruption, Casualty/GL, Professional Liability, Cyber, Auto Fleets, IRCA
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure accuracy of quotes, endorsements, cancellations, and inquiries
- Review client coverage and risks to recommend appropriate solutions
- Ensure accounts are serviced accurately and on time

MUST HAVES

- 1-2 years of commercial insurance experience




- Working knowledge of EPIC and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Level 2 General Insurance license (or working toward)
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
