: The Community Program Builder works collaboratively with diverse and marginalized community members and organizations to facilitate eventual transition from program supports to self empowerment, independence and community connections.

Experience

- One (1) year previous related life skills/experience working with family services or social services (ex: culture/recreation, service clubs, inner city/community or school programs)

Education

- Grade 12

- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Basic - Computer skills
- Organizational skills

Knowledge and Abilities

- Ability to work in a group setting
- Knowledge of poverty issues
