Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Youth and Employment Lead to champion youth engagement and employment initiatives within our community. Responsibilities

- Design and implement innovative youth engagement programs that promote skill-building, leadership, and career readiness.
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of employment initiatives tailored to local youth populations.
- Supervise staff and volunteers involved in program delivery, ensuring high-quality support and mentorship.
- Build strong partnerships with community organizations, schools, government agencies, and local employers to expand program reach and impact.
- Manage program budgets efficiently, tracking expenditures and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.




- Monitor program outcomes through data collection and evaluation to continuously improve services offered.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on program progress, challenges, and successes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in program management within community development or youth services sectors.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams or volunteers effectively.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with budgeting processes and financial oversight of programs or initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders including youth, families, partners, and funders.
- Passion for empowering youth through education, employment opportunities, and community involvement.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
