We're looking for a Compliance & Systems Administrator to join our team and help keep projects on track, partners informed, and service commitments exceeded. This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience with our organization. Depending on business needs, there may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent at the conclusion of the contract.

What You'll Be Doing:

Keep projects moving by monitoring and distributing new claim assignments and ensuring they are properly entered into our system.

Build strong relationships by serving as a key liaison between our Project Managers and Insurance partners.

Champion our commitments by maintaining a strong focus on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and program requirements.

Drive compliance and performance by ensuring program-specific timelines are met or exceeded.

Maintain quality and accuracy by reviewing files, documentation, authorizations, job costing, and other critical information.





Keep the team in the loop by communicating program updates, changes, and best practices.
