What You’ll Do

- Mix grout, patching compounds, and other materials required for the work • Perform general surface prep, including cleanup, light grinding, and installing prep materials • Help build and strip occasional formwork for small concrete placements and repairs • Support the crew with site cleanup, tool setup, and other general labour tasks to keep projects moving safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in the construction, concrete, or general labour is preferred
- Physically capable of lifting materials, working on your feet, and handling demanding site conditions
- Comfortable using basic hand tools, power tools, and light grinding equipment
- Willingness to learn concrete placement, prep work, and general site procedures
- Safety-minded and able to follow instructions on active construction sites
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a crew

External Factors/Health and Safety: Seasonal weather is a factor in the completion of the duties. Safety hazards can be but not limited to loud noise, seasonal temperature extremes, precipitation, heavy lifting, exposure to chemicals and electrical equipment. You will be expected to understand, implement, and follow safety protocols in all areas of your role.
