Condominium Accounting Representative

We are looking for a Condominium Accounting Representative to join our Hamilton office. It is at WB where you will perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial duties. If you are team oriented, motivated, understand the need for accuracy and enjoy busy days, then this job is for you!

Along with our dedicated support team, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to a large and diverse portfolio of condominium communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process vendor invoices
- Record payments received
- Entry of financial transactions and adjustments
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Perform other duties and assignments as required

Requirements:





- Ability to differentiate between debits and credits, and prepare journal entries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with all levels of the organization
- Accuracy and attention to detail, aptitude for numbers
- Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
- Post-Secondary education in Accounting or Bookkeeping preferred. Relevant and related experience will also be considered
- Minimum 1 year experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
