Construction Labourer / Skilled Helper

We are a growing construction and contracting company looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team.

The successful candidate will primarily work alongside one of our experienced lead workers, assisting with a variety of construction, renovation, and property improvement projects.

As you become familiar with our standards and demonstrate that you can complete work properly and independently, you may also be assigned smaller jobs or tasks to complete on your own.

Responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with general construction and renovation work

- Fence and exterior work

- Using common hand and power tools

- Measuring, cutting and installing materials

- Loading/unloading materials and keeping job sites organized

- Following instructions from the lead worker

- Completing smaller jobs independently once capable

- Working at different job sites as required

We are looking for someone who:

- Has some previous construction or renovation experience





- Is dependable and shows up on time

- Is willing to learn and take direction

- Takes pride in doing clean, quality work

- Can work both as part of a team and independently

- Is comfortable using basic construction tools

- Has reliable transportation to job sites

- Can perform physically demanding work when required

A perfect candidate does not need to know every trade. We are looking for someone with a good construction foundation, common sense, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn.

There is an chance for increased responsibility and independent work as you demonstrate your abilities.

Position: Full-Time

Location: Guelph / Kitchener-Waterloo / Cambridge and surrounding areas

Pay: Based on experience and skill level

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional additional hours depending on projects
