Duties

- Assist with the preparation and setup of job sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
- Help with concrete , framing, and restoration tasks to ensure quality craftsmanship
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Follow schematics and blueprints to aid in accurate construction activities
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to safety protocols and assisting with site cleanup




- Support heavy equipment operation , including basic maintenance tasks

Skills

- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans with guidance
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
- Previous construction experience or familiarity with carpentry, or concrete work is a plus
- Solid teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills
- Basic understanding of safety procedures
