The ideal candidate must bring at least three years of relevant experience along with a degree in Human Resources or a related field. Strong communication and project management skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the development of wellness and inclusion programs
- Manage recruitment activities from postings to employment offers
- Facilitate Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings
- Perform annual safety program audits for compliance
- Collaborate with managers to track safety certifications Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in health and safety
- Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
- CHRP/CHRL or CRSP designations are a plus
- Excellent oral communication and training skills
