As strategic, creative, and agile partners and storytellers, the Communications team develops, implements, and executes internal and external communications activities that proactively:

- engage and connect employees;

- strengthen the reputation of CAE and its brand; and

Description

As part of the Communications team, you will support a variety of communications, employee engagement, and event initiatives that help connect employees across the organization, while supporting Health & Safety initiatives and advancing key business priorities.

Employee Engagement & Events

- Plan, coordinate, and deliver employee engagement initiatives and corporate events of varying scale, including large, complex events involving multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate event logistics, timelines, suppliers, registrations, budgets,



and on-site support to ensure a seamless employee experience

Health & Safety Communications
- Support the Health & Safety organization in the planning, development, and execution of communication strategies, campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate global Health & Safety communications projects and awareness campaigns across multiple channels
- Draft, edit, and coordinate communications materials, including leadership messages, campaign content, presentations, talking points, articles, and digital content
- Collaborate with Health & Safety stakeholders to promote key initiatives, reinforce safety culture, and support organizational objectives

Minimum Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s degree and 3-7 years experience in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, event planning or related discipline

- Bilingual in French and in English with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Experience in communications planning and project management

- Experience developing and executing communication plans and campaigns

- Experience supporting corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, or large-scale projects

Preferred Qualifications





- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders. suppliers and projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, creativity, and problem-solving skills
