Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, food safety, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Previous experience in food industry settings such as restaurants, hotels, or cafes is preferred but not required. We value team players who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, including cooking and food handling procedures
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Serve customers efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service and hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with supervising team members when necessary, including training new staff and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Manage food inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with kitchen organization




- Support restaurant management with various tasks such as interviewing potential team members or participating in team management activities
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating leadership qualities and teamwork

Experience

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality is preferred
- Experience with food preparation, cooking, serving, or barista duties is advantageous
- Supervising or team management experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Micros POS systems or similar cash handling tools is beneficial
- Background in hotel or barista roles can be valuable assets
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service within the food industry or hospitality sectors
- Leadership skills and experience interviewing or training new staff are considered beneficial
