Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision
- Manage food handling and sanitation protocols to ensure food safety and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment throughout your shift
- Assist in food delivery from the kitchen to guests promptly while ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed




- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as cashiering, serving, and food prep

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards
- Experience with POS systems or similar cash handling tools
- Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Knowledge of sanitation practices, proper food handling, and restaurant safety regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
