The role involves 30 to 40 hours weekly, with shifts during evenings and weekends. Applicants should be adept at holding a line during busy service and eager to tackle various cooking stations. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare menu items on grill, sauté, fry, and cold stations
- Set up and maintain an organized food-protected station
- Follow specified recipes and plating standards
- Contribute to food prep and kitchen cleaning
- Communicate clearly with fellow kitchen staff Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Knowledge of allergy and gluten-free cooking
- FOODSAFE Level 1 is an asset (training provided)
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
