We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Sales & Service Advisor to join our Ottawa team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, advising on automotive protection and enhancement solutions, while bridging the gap between sales and workshop production.

This position offers a clear path for skilled growth. Over time, as you master the core sales responsibilities, you will expand your role to manage operational workflows, quality assurance inspections, pre-made work order processing, and seasonal tire storage inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Advisory

Greet and engage clients, actively listening to understand their needs and offering customized solutions across wheels, tires, accessories, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, paint correction, and ceramic coatings.

Educate clients on technical and aesthetic features, service benefits, and long-term vehicle maintenance.

Generate revenue by preparing accurate quotes, upselling complementary products or services, and closing deals according to company policies.

Follow up with prospective and existing clients to nurture long-term relationships, drive repeat business, and earn referrals.

Stay current on industry trends, new aftermarket products, technology, and application techniques.

Service Coordination & Operations (Expanded Role Scope)

Process pre-made work orders and enter sales transactions, invoicing, and service scheduling accurately into our systems.

Collaborate daily with the Production Manager to align sales bookings with shop capacity, ensuring seamless shop flow and on-time job delivery.

Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)



and final quality control checks on freshly completed vehicles to ensure work meets company standards prior to client delivery.

Lead final vehicle walkthroughs with clients at pickup to highlight completed work, explain post-service care, and guarantee satisfaction.

Take ownership of the seasonal Tire Storage Program, managing intake, outbound logistics, inventory lists, customer organization, and supporting peak seasonal demands over time.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive aftermarket, detailing, or custom vehicle enhancement sector.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical processes into clear, customer-friendly terms.

Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to high-touch client experiences from intake to final delivery.

Drive & Schedule Flexibility: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Willingness to work required Saturday shifts (8 Saturdays total per year) during spring and fall tire rushes.

Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with basic computer proficiency; prior experience using POS systems, CRM software, or quoting platforms is a solid asset.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for quality assurance during vehicle inspections and inventory tracking.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
