Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and French.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to ensure customer understanding.
- Assist customers with data entry tasks related to orders, accounts, Quote or service requests.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions.




- Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and suggest improvements.

Experience

- Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in a multilingual environment.
- Solid data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in French is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience with sales techniques.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and professional communication practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
