Duz Cho is a 100% Indigenous owned company, with ownership belonging to McLeod Lake Indian Band. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the diverse cultures and histories of local Indigenous communities. They must have demonstrated experience in applying Indigenous knowledge in a professional setting, adhering to cultural protocols, and working with a culturally protected approach.





Knowledge of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada (TRC) Calls to Action and a commitment to advancing reconciliation are essential.

Location: Tumbler Ridge, BC

Wage: $38 - $41 based on experience

Rotation: Shift work TBD by leader; 12 hour day

Accommodation or LOA may be provided

You must be able to demonstrate that you have experience with the equipment. Skill testing and competency evaluations will take place on site. There is a Conuma bus that will be able to transport to site from pick up points in Chetwynd and Tumbler Ridge.

Testing to pass an Alcohol / Drug test will be a condition of employment.
