Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Day Prep/Line Cooks and Evening Line Cooks to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm and commitment to food safety will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure timely service during your shift
- Cook menu items accurately and efficiently according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including stations and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients
- Support the team by coordinating with serving staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service
