Full-time Daytime Host / Expo - Monday - Friday

Bianco is one of Edmonton’s most vibrant Italian restaurants and a sister restaurant to Nero and Rosso Pizzeria. Known for our beautiful space, elevated cuisine, and memorable guest experiences, Bianco combines high-energy service with a warm, team-oriented culture in the heart of downtown Edmonton.

We are seeking a poised, organized, and friendly Host / Expo to join our daytime team. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position focused primarily on lunch service.

As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will help set the tone for their entire dining experience. Responsibilities include welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations and phone inquiries, coordinating the flow of the dining room, and assisting with expo to ensure dishes are presented accurately and efficiently.

What’s Required:

- Full daytime availability Monday through Friday

- A genuine desire to provide an excellent guest experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- An eagerness to learn about our menu, beverages, and service standards
- Valid ProServe certification
