Navkar Logistics Ltd. is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to pick up medications and packages from our Winnipeg warehouse and complete deliveries in Steinbach, Manitoba.
Position details
- Schedule:** Monday to Friday
- Start time:** 10:30 AM
- Pay rate:** $17.00 per hour
- Hours: Minimum 32 hours per week
- Location: Pick up company vehicle and delivery items from our Winnipeg warehouse; delivery route is primarily Steinbach and surrounding area.
Responsibilities
- Pick up the company vehicle from our Winnipeg warehouse at the beginning of each shift.
- Load, secure, and organize medications and packages for delivery.
- Complete scheduled deliveries safely, accurately, and professionally in Steinbach.
- Handle medication deliveries with care, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Obtain proof of delivery and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Communicate delivery updates, delays, or customer concerns to dispatch.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Requirements
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s licence.
- Clean driving record and reliable work history.
- Comfortable driving between Winnipeg and Steinbach daily.
- Strong time-management and customer-service skills.
- Able to lift and move packages as required.
- Able to pass a background check, as this role includes medication deliveries.
- Previous delivery, courier, warehouse, or logistics experience is an asset.
