If you are a vibrant, highly organized and self-starting Dental Assistant with Treatment Coordination Experience who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment this ad is for you!

Tooth Bar is looking for an independently motivated assistant to work alongside our skilled team and doctor.

This person will be an integral part of the team and plays a high-impact role that bridges clinical care and patient decision-making.

This is a forward-facing, extroverted role focused on helping patients clearly understand, accept, and move forward with recommended treatment—while keeping the office running efficiently.

This role is perfect for you if:

- You have strong assisting skills and enjoy coaching guests toward their oral health goals through education and treatment planning.
- You believe that straight teeth are healthier teeth and have a background closing orthodontic cases. (Invisalign + Damon Ultima)
- You know there is no age limit on a confident smile and get excited to help guests with cosmetic enhancements to give them the upgrade they deserve.
- You view health care follow-up as serving, rather than selling. You understand the systemic link and the role of ongoing inflammation in overall health and enjoy helping guests plan for their ideal care and most confident smile.
- You are energized by being around others, and take pride in staying organized while managing multiple tasks.
- You feel at home creating a warm, professional service experience that helps patients feel cared for and confident in their dental choices.




- You have well-developed people skills and can guide guests through treatment recommendations on a timeline that fits their needs and goals.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide excellent chairside dental assisting support
- Coordinate treatment plans and guide patients through their options with clarity and enthusiasm
- Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and excited about their care
- Maintain a well-organized, efficient clinical flow in a busy practice
- Support a high standard of patient experience from consultation to completion

What We’re Looking For:

- Experienced Dental Assistant with treatment coordination background
- Strong communication and case presentation skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Positive, vibrant personality that puts team members and patients at ease
- Genuine passion for helping people improve their oral health and confidence

Work Schedule:

Monday and Tuesday - 11am - 7pm

Wednesday 8am - 5pm

Thursday 8am - 4pm

Friday 8am - 3:30pm

Occasional Saturday’s - 8:30am - 2pm

Candidates must:- Live in Calgary or the surrounding area and must have current registration in Alberta.
