Specifics about the role: Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 24+ hours per week (clinic operates 7 days a week, Mon–Fri 9 am–9 pm, Sat-Sun 9 am–6 pm) Wage range: $20-23/hour, depending on the candidate's experience What Makes Lincoln Dental Different? Opportunities to grow within a larger network of clinics What You’ll Be Doing Assist the dentist chairside, ensuring smooth and efficient procedures

Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories in accordance with IPAC standards





Support a wide range of procedures including restorative, extractions, endodontics, and surgical treatments

Take X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records

Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

Support front desk coordination as needed, including scheduling and patient communication

Contribute to a positive, organized, and patient-focused clinic environment What You Bring 1+ year of Dental Assisting experience (preferred)

HARP certification

Strong communication skills—you’re clear, professional, and patient-focused

Excellent organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic A team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule

Comfort with dental software and digital workflows Nice to have: CPR certification

Experience with digital scanning (e.g., iTero)

IPAC and WHMIS certification You’re Also Someone Who: Brings a positive, dependable presence to the clinic
