The Marine

Institute seeks individuals with 5-7 years of experience in development or fundraising, particularly in educational or nonprofit environments. You will coordinate various engagement initiatives, enhance donor relations, and support alumni programs. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate and coordinate fundraising activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and units
- Draft and manage donor correspondence
- Execute alumni initiatives and programs
- Oversee the alumni and donor database Requirements:
- Experience in development/fundraising fields
- Master's degree in business administration or relevant field
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
