The Opportunity null
You Will
- Collaborate with business users to understand operational challenges, collect business requirements, identify product improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Coordinate product enhancement requests, bug fixes, and new feature development across internal stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support product planning activities by evaluating business priorities, documenting requirements, participating in solution discussions, and assisting with feature prioritization and release planning.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to facilitate issue resolution, clarify requirements, monitor project progress, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, coordinate business testing, validate new features and enhancements, and ensure delivered solutions meet operational and user requirements.
- Support the rollout of new products, features, and system enhancements through user training, demonstrations, documentation, and post-launch operational support to ensure successful adoption.
- Monitor day-to-day product performance, investigate user issues, coordinate defect resolution, collect enhancement requests, and continuously improve digital products based on business feedback and operational needs.
- Prepare and maintain business requirements, process documentation, user guides, release notes, and other product-related documentation to support implementation, knowledge sharing, and ongoing operations.
- Work closely with Marketing, IT, Operations, Customer Service, eCommerce, Merchandising,
and external partners to ensure digital products effectively support business operations and customer experience. Support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of digital platforms, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of product functionality.
You Should Have / Be
- A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting digital products, software implementation, Business Analysis, Product Management, or enterprise system projects. Experience in retail, supermarket, or eCommerce environments is highly preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital products and eCommerce platforms, including customer-facing applications and backend business systems such as membership and loyalty, CRM, CMS, product catalog, order management, promotions, pricing, and digital customer journeys.
- Working knowledge of technical concepts including APIs, databases, system integrations, application architecture, and software development lifecycles, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and external vendors.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather business requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities,
and clearly communicate solution recommendations.
- Experience supporting the full product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, feature enhancement, testing, implementation, issue resolution, and continuous product improvement.
- Experience preparing business requirements, process documentation, user guides, test scenarios, release notes, and training materials. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is considered an asset, while Business Analysis certification is a plus but not required. Familiarity with enterprise digital platforms such as Magento, Shopify, Salesforce, CRM, CMS, loyalty platforms, mobile applications, or other customer-facing digital solutions is considered an asset.

Shift 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am – 5:30pm (Actual working hours may vary slightly by department, depending on operational needs.)
