Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring that food preparation and dishwashing duties are performed efficiently and to high standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, attention to food safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation, including basic meal assembly and ingredient handling
- Cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas by washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene
- Support the kitchen team in organizing supplies and managing inventory
- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with serving food to customers as needed




- Help with other kitchen duties to ensure efficient operation during service hours

Skills

- Experience in food service, cooking, or food handling preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Positive communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Basic understanding of meal preparation and restaurant operations
