Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all food handling practices meet safety standards. Duties

- Assist cooks and chefs in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Ensure all food items are stored properly and labeled according to safety guidelines.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to maintain a sanitary work environment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.




- Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure efficient service delivery.

Experience

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant workplace is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and food handling practices is a plus.
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative when necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen.
