Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Purchaser to join our team. In this vital role, you will schedule and dispatching technicians while managing procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatching of service technicians
- Purchase materials and follow up on lead times
- Communicate effectively with vendors, teammates and customers via phone and email.
- Update customer online portals with job details including scheduling and material availiblity
- AutoCAD shop drawings as required

Skills

- Background in dispatching technicians
- Strong understanding of construction material purchasing




- AutoCAD proficiency and ability to read and interpret drawings..
- Exceptional communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette for interacting with vendors and team members.
- Strong typing skills to ensure accurate documentation within various software platforms.
- French an asset
