ConnectWell Community Health is hiring an hourly Driver, Monday to Friday. This position includes the option to participate in HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan).

Position Summary: This position is responsible to provide safe transportation to our Respite clients to and from programs and medical appointments. The ideal candidate will be willing to work a split shift, which includes picking up clients in the morning and driving them home in the afternoon. A company vehicle will be provided and is parked at one of our respite homes located in the Perth area.

Rate Pay: $24.58/hr to $28.38/hr

Qualifications:

- A valid driver’s license and valid insurance
- Secondary School Diploma (preferred)
- Experience as a capable, competent driver




- Adaptable schedule to support program and client needs

Reporting Relationship: The successful candidate will report to the Team Lead, Respite Day Programs
