A well-established Investment firm based West End is now looking for a true team player EA to support 2 busy Heads in diverse business areas plus their teams - high logistics role!

You’ll be fully immersed from day one in this agile firm where the culture is fast-paced but extremely supportive too.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

- Extensive diary management
- Organising meetings, video and conference calls globally
- Relationship-building at all levels across the business with a variety of stakeholders
- Editing presentations and reports
- Desk Admin
- Roadshow coordination; CRM assistance
- Projects and Events

The skills you need to bring:

- MD-level PA/EA experience gained from Financial Services/Investment firm preferred - Private Equity, Fund Management, Venture Capital
- Confident multi-tasker; self-starter with ability to work independently
- Ability to build quick work relationships
