We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our magical team.

About the Role
“The Image of the Child” will be the lens by which we make all of our decisions. At Applejacks, you will work with a passionate team of like-minded colleagues who enjoy creating and collaborating to make their careers and work environments healthy and safe places for both the children and the educator.
Duties
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and caregivers
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Skills:
- Classroom management skills to create an engaging learning environment
- Strong ability to educate and guide young children
- Excellent caregiving skills to meet the needs of each child
- Experience working with children in an early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education preferred)
- Relevant certifications or licenses (such as Child Development Associate certification)
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear background check
