Kids & Company is looking for compassionate, dedicated Early Childhood Educators (ECE Level 2 or 3) to join our team at our Marda Loop location. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Plan and implement an emergent curriculum that supports children's development.
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and behavioural well-being.
- Complete attendance tracking and health and safety checks.
- Collaborate with professionals including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists as required.
- Assist children with transitions into and out of classrooms.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong interpersonal skills when working with children, families, and colleagues.
- Comfortable using computer systems for documentation and classroom operations.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Qualifications

- Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 2 or Level 3 Certification.
- Current Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check (or ability to obtain).
- Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR Level B Certification.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs.
