Some of the duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Creating and maintaining an environment that is clean and secure for all children
- Carrying out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children
- Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs
- Implementing lesson plans/curriculum on a weekly basis covering all areas of child development
- Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family in order to provide quality care for the children
Qualifications: -Alberta Early Learning Childcare Level-1
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate
- Calgary, AB T2E 1Y1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Work Location: In person
