The Surrey School District is seeking a Buyer to manage procurement of goods, services and equipment for our schools. You will process requisitions, clarify requirements with user departments, draw tenders, obtain quotations and place orders while ensuring timely delivery.
Under supervision, you will guide clerical staff, oversee an automated tender system and advise on purchasing policies. A solid understanding of procurement practices and experience with large organizations is essential.
