Programs Development & Coordination
- Develop, plan, coordinate, and deliver Motiv-Action, the organization's primary after-school program for primary school children, including homework support, mental health activities, and skill-enhancing activities.
- Develop program content and age-appropriate learning materials and resources that support children's academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
- Coordinate and facilitate mental health, social-emotional, and skill-building activities that promote children's well-being and development.
- Coordinate the Petit-Pas, Grand-Pas program, with a focus on developing children's leadership skills, emotional intelligence, confidence, communication, and social skills.
- Coordinate the Summer Camp program, including planning, staffing, activities, logistics, and implementation.
- Ensure the smooth and effective implementation of all assigned programs.
- Work with schools, community organizations, professionals, and other partners to enhance, develop, and expand programs.
Participants & Families
- Manage the registration process for participants and maintain accurate participant records.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on children's participation and progress and addressing questions or concerns.
- Oversee homework sessions, providing guidance and support while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess children's academic progress, identify areas for improvement, and recognize achievements.
- Implement appropriate behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive, respectful, and supportive environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children participating in programs.
Staff & Volunteer Coordination
- Recruit, train, and coordinate program assistants to support program delivery.
- Recruit and coordinate volunteers and encourage their participation in programs, organizational events, and community initiatives.
- Provide assistants and volunteers with the guidance, resources, and support needed to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
Program Evaluation & Reporting
- Develop and implement performance metrics to assess and report on the participation, outcomes, and impact of programs throughout the year.
- Collect feedback and use program data and observations to identify areas for improvement and continuously strengthen program delivery.
- Prepare regular program reports, including participation, outcomes, successes, challenges, and recommendations.
Community & Organizational Engagement
- Promote programs and services by participating in community events, outreach activities, and other initiatives.
- Actively participate in the organization's events, activities, fundraising initiatives, and community engagements throughout the year.
- Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of organizational events and special initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families, schools, community partners, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development activities.
- Support other programs, activities, and organizational initiatives as required.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in both French and English is necessary. Educational Qualifications: A BAC or DEC degree relevant to the field is required.
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Education:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
Experience:
