Duties

- Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on construction sites and facilities
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform wiring, conduit installation, and fixture mounting
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to support project execution
- Support low voltage wiring projects including alarm systems, data cabling, and communication lines
- Conduct basic inspections of electrical components to ensure compliance with safety standards and codes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area,

- Learn to troubleshoot electrical issues by following established procedures under supervision

Qualifications

- Prior experience or familiarity with industrial electrician work is a plus
- Basic electrical experience or coursework related to electrical systems preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, and voltage testers
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately
- Knowledge of low voltage systems including alarms, data cabling, or security wiring is advantageous
- Construction experience or exposure to construction sites is desirable
- Robust desire to learn and develop skills within the electrical trade; motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
