Role Description CNAG PSS is seeking a veteran training coordinator to establish an emergency management (EM) cadre.

- This is a casual role located in Nisku, AB, with some flexibility for hybrid work.
- The CNAG EM Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, and facilitating emergency management training programs.
- Key responsibilities include delivering Incident Command System (ICS) training and maintaining certifications and compliance with Alberta Emergency Management Agency standards at the CNAG Training Centre.

Qualifications





- Instructor certification to deliver ICS Canada 100-400, and position specific courses.
- Solid organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- 2 years education such as a diploma or degree in EM or a related field.
- 2 years experience in an EM related field or position.
- Combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
- Experience as law enforcement, first responder, or emergency social services is highly desired.
- Certification to also instruct and/or consult in business continuity is highly desired.

Veterans of the CAF or RCMP are highly encouraged to apply. Currently serving CAF reservists and active first responders or other law enforcement are also prioritized.
