Requirements – you must have:

· An undergraduate degree, graduate degree or Community College diploma in Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or relevant field of study and a minimum of three years’ experience in a related Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or relevant sector.

· Flexibilityto work hours to accommodate clients’ needs which may result in overtime.

· Must be able to provide in-person and some virtual services in Stratford, Huron Perth and Bruce Grey counties. Redeployment to the outside of Stratford, Huron and Perth counties as needed.

· A reliable vehicle with insurance coverage for business travel is essential for outreach service throughout Stratford, Huron, Perth and Bruce Grey counties.

· Valid Driver’s license.

· A current satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check is required.

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

· Bilingual in French or other languages would be an asset.
- First Aid and CPR certification is an asset and may be required, as applicable per program requirements.
