The Charlton Digestive Disease Centre is an out of hospital Gastroenterology Division and Endoscopy Clinic who are currently seeking an experienced and motivated RN to join our group. RN will be responsible for working directly with the Endoscopy clinic/ Gastroenterologists and they would manage during and post procedures. Our clinic proudly delivers excellence in patient focused, expert care.
The ideal candidate would possess traits of compassion and communication skills that would uphold our values in patient care. Knowledge of endoscopic equipment is an asset. Valid ACLS required. The individual should have strong computer and electronic medical record skills.
Job Duties
Peripheral IV therapy
Assist physicians throughout procedure, including biopsies and polyp removal
Monitor patients throughout procedure
Recovery room
Work alongside other staff to ensure an exceptional delivery of service to all patients
Requirements
RN with license in positive standing with CNO
Valid ACLS
Excellent time management skills and communication skills
Experience with EMR
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
