We are seeking a qualified and passionate English Educator who possesses the expertise to teach a range of English language/literature courses.

Particularly, we are looking for instructors who can teach the following classes:

1. Writing classes for ESL students

The ideal candidate should have a robust background in Writing instruction and English as a Second Language education, and the ability to engage and inspire students across different proficiency levels.
1. Novel Studies classes

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in English literature, experience teaching novels and writing literary analysis, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences that inspire students to think and write critically, participate actively, and develop a deeper appreciation for literature.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective curriculum, meeting the needs of diverse learners
- Foster skills in reading, speaking, and writing in English for students (G1~G12)
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment to facilitate language acquisition
- Provide helpful feedback to students
- Regular meetings with program manager

Qualifications:




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English education or a related field (current students working toward a related degree will also be considered)
- English is your first language
- Teaching certification in English, including TESOL/TEFL/TESL
- Previous experience teaching English and/or ESL (English as a Second Language)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse student needs
- Passions for education and a commitment to fostering love for English language and literature
