Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Evaluation Specialist/Recent Grad to analyze and assess data quality and performance metrics for AI models. The role involves evaluating outputs from generative AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct systematic evaluations of AI model outputs, including natural language generation, summarization, and question answering tasks.
- Identify patterns, biases, and inconsistencies in model responses through structured testing methodologies.
- Document evaluation criteria, methodologies, and findings in clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine evaluation frameworks and improve model performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in AI model evaluation and quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Familiarity with generative AI models and their evaluation metrics is required.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) tasks and datasets is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to assess nuanced model outputs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
