This role requires a secondary school education and 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a production setting.
You will supervise a team of 5-10 workers, establish work schedules, and oversee safety and quality measures. You are expected to resolve work problems and provide technical advice to drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage team responsibilities
- Recommend safety and productivity improvement measures
- Prepare and submit production reports regularly
- Order required materials and set up production equipment
- Conduct training and ensure safety compliance among all staff Requirements:
- A secondary school graduation certificate is required
