This role offers the flexibility of running your own client portfolio with the full backing of an established firm's tools, branding, and corporate filing infrastructure.

35% Split on firm-provided leads and existing bookkeeping clients.

Direct Invoicing: Easy invoice-upon-collection model paid out as client payments clear. ### Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Network and market to bring in new T1 and T2 tax clients, while onboarding provided firm leads.





Tax Preparation & Filing: Accurately prepare and file personal (T1) and corporate (T2) returns using the firm's tax software and corporate CRA EFILE number.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain high standard client communication throughout the onboarding, preparation, and filing process. ### Must-Have Qualifications Active Canadian CPA designation.

3 to 5 years of proven experience preparing and filing Canadian T1 and T2 returns.

Tech-savvy with demonstrated experience across major tax preparation software.

Highly disciplined work ethic with high attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Personal laptop/computer and secure internet connection.
