Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing various finishing tasks on construction projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. This role requires hands-on experience with finishing techniques, tools, and materials to deliver polished, professional results that meet project specifications and client expectations.

Responsibilities

- Apply caulking and sealants to joints and seams for a clean finish
- Use hand tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute finishing tasks accurately
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for finishing work
- Install trims, Siding, paper, Rainscreen, soffit and other finishes according to project plans
- Conduct quality checks to ensure surfaces are smooth, level, and meet aesthetic standards




- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools used in construction and carpentry applications
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and finishing techniques
- Experience in carpentry, installation, or related handyman work
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Skilled in caulking, sanding, and surface preparation for a polished finish
- Capable of heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Valuable communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
