Black & McDonald Limited seeks a Building Operator to safely operate facilities in Ottawa, ensuring reliable BAS, HVAC, and water treatment performance. The role involves troubleshooting, system start/stop, and routine maintenance in a unionized setting.

The ideal candidate holds a 4th/3rd Class Operating Engineer certificate with BAS/HVAC experience and at least 2 years of facilities operations knowledge. Bilingual English-French is a plus and a valid driver's license is recommended.
