Two Birds One Stone Farm is looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic person to join our team for the remainder of our 2026 season, with employment resuming in April 2027.

This is a wide-ranging, hands-on position that combines flower farming, floral design, customer service, and events. No previous experience is necessary. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to be part of a small, creative farm business.

The role includes:

- Growing, harvesting, and caring for cut flower crops
- Planting, weeding, harvesting, and general farm tasks
- Working in a variety of weather conditions
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Creating floral arrangements in our design studio for markets, weddings, and events
- Helping with onsite workshops and providing friendly customer service




- Assisting with general farm and studio tasks as needed

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Enjoys working outdoors and being active
- Has an appreciation for nature and flowers
- Is interested in organic and small-scale farming
- Is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working independently
- Is willing to learn and take direction
- Enjoys working with people and being part of a team

No experience necessary. We’ll teach you what you need to know, we’re much more interested in your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Hours: 32+ hours/week

Starting wage: $20/hour

2026 season: Through mid-December

2027 employment: Resumes in April 2027
