Our client is hiring a 12-month contract Finance Business Partner / Analyst to support fixed cost accounting and FP&A; activities for key business units. This role is highly visible and requires strong collaboration across the business.

About the Opportunity Own relationships with assigned business partners Manage the full accounting cycle, including: Journal entries Month-end variance analysis Reporting Support current-year quarterly forecast updates for assigned business areas Partner with stakeholders in areas such as IS and HR Use strong communication and presentation skills to support a high-visibility role with senior management exposure About You Experience in business partnering and relationship building Strong storytelling / communication ability Exposure to dashboarding / data visualization / technology-enabled reporting Working knowledge of IFRS Strong Excel skills CPA or equivalent designation is important; candidates in progress are also relevant Open to newcomers if they hold an overseas equivalent designation Culture fit The team is looking for someone collaborative, proactive, and improvement-oriented, with a mindset aligned to continuous improvement / “kaizen.” A recruiter will be in touch with you if your profile meets our client’s requirements for this role Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
